Ordering And Website Use

These terms explain how to use the store lawfully and what to expect when placing an order.

The store must be used lawfully and accurate order and contact information provided. An order should only be placed with legal capacity or appropriate authorization. Fraud, checkout misuse, interference with the website, or infringement of another person's rights are not permitted. Product information and availability can change; information relevant to an existing order remains subject to the agreement made for that order. If a material price or description error affects an order, you will be contacted before an item is substituted or a different amount charged, and cancellation and a refund offered if an agreed resolution is not possible. Viewing the website does not grant permission to reuse protected text, images, branding or third-party material beyond what the rights holder or law permits. Linked third-party services have their own terms, and their presence does not create an extra warranty. The privacy policy explains handling of personal information. Changes to terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Raise a dispute so the order can be reviewed and a practical resolution sought.

Cancellations And Questions

If you need to change or cancel before dispatch, contacting us early gives the best chance that the change is still possible.

If you need to cancel, amend an item, or fix the delivery address, email as soon as possible. A requested change can only be made while the order is still undispatched and the change remains possible, and sending a request does not by itself confirm the change. Where cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the cancelled goods and any shipping charge relating solely to them are refunded. After dispatch, a standard return follows the return policy. Rights relating to dispatch delays or other mandatory cancellation rights are not restricted.
